Sultana & Coconut Cake
Appearing in classes 64 and 70, this cake should be moist and light.
SO if you’re ready to get baking, here’s the recipe and directions…
8oz Self Raising Flour
6oz Butter or Margarine
2oz Dessicated Coconut
6oz Caster Sugar
Milk to mix (4 tblsp)
Mix butter & sugar, add eggs. Add flour, sultanas, coconut & milk. Turn mixture into a 7″ cake tin. Cook in a moderate oven at 180C/350F/Gas Mark 4 for approx. 1¼ hours.
